By purchasing tickets from us, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable or transferrable. The venues stipulate this quite clearly in their own T&Cs.

In the event that you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, I will try to sell them on for you. I cannot promise to sell all your tickets, and I may only be able to sell part of your order. Therefore, please only ask me to sell on your tickets if you can’t make the event or have no one available to take your place.

In the event that a venue cancel a Show/Excursion, then they will offer us a refund/change of date, this will then be passed on to you.
